Have You Laid Out Your Market Research Plans For The Year?

Market ResearchThe first month of the year is almost half over.  Have you laid out your market research plans for the year yet?

In a blog post I wrote about a month ago, I stated that then was the best time to plan for the research projects for the new year.  Now should be the time to implement these.

I will have to admit…I am doing this myself right now.  I am trying to figure out some new services I might be offering.  I am using research to determine what my current and potential clients would like to see during the year, understand the acceptable pricing schemes behind new services, and to understand the drivers of why those who want to buy the new services would want to.

If I am doing it and I am in market research, shouldn’t you?  Just a thought.

Let me know about your plans for your business this year.  Are you planning on doing anything differently that you have done in the past?
